Hi, Seriously, a standard file browser would be better with Gimp. The current browser is just so cumbersome and archaic, so much that I have to either know the name of the file or click through the list of all files while keeping an eye on the thumbnail. The procedure is not ideal for better workflow and therefore, IMHO It should be updated to allow for multiple thumbnail view within the directory, like the ms windows standard browser.
