2. You Sin (Lanzoc) method not good, i see better in old dos program.
3. Resize by height/8 in jpg, linear can easy realize by 0. coeficient of dct
transform (dc). This coeficient is suma all 8x8 point in matrix / 16. May be
this information is usable for something, fast miniature of jpeg-image or
something other.
