Download the Color-48 theme from <https://bitbucket.org/paynekj/paynekj-gimp-scripts/src/2e8e87faf5eaaf6036e0d8b68ff9f6f37a3f0421/themes/?at=default> and extract it to C:\Program Files\GIMP 2\share\gimp\2.0\themes, then in GIMP go to Preferences -> Themes, select Color-48 theme, click OK and restart GIMP. -- < Jernej Simončič ><><><><>< http://eternallybored.org/ >
