Dale, I really appreciate the nice way you asked to be removed from the
list.
I'm not the list owner and can't remove you, but the form to unsubscribe is
on the page that "List membership", below, takes you to.
In fact I tried to unsubscribe your email address for you. If it worked,
you'll get a confirmation list that you have to respond to in order to be
unsubscribed. But you may need to set up or recover a password to be able
to do it.
