It is the GAP plugin and if you search it has been reported in several places. example: http://andrewbonnington.blogspot.co.uk/2012/07/installing-gap-for-gimp-28-on-windows.html and scrolling down gives this. 20 July 2015 at 11:54 Seems to be working fine, although I am getting error from one of the additional plugins (optional step) ani.exe, something about gimp_drawable_get thumb not being located in libgimpgui-2.0-0.dll.
