Hi, Maybe this is a bug, where the warped layer discards the changed done when merging down
1. Open an Image 2. Select a rectangle region and then copy and paste as a new layer 3. Click on Tools> Transform Tools> Warp Transform 4. Do some shrinking or moving. 5. ON the Layers dock, Right click the warped layer and merge down. The layers will be merged, but whatever was changed in the warped layer will just be discarded and the original layer below will be saved. Whatever warping done is gone.
