As I understand it, when an image comes INTO gimp, and it has a color profile embedded in it... gimp can preserve it, and then put it into the exported result. However, when there is no initial profile.. or you convert it gimp internal srgb... it no longer embeds a color profile into the result.
I would really like a way to force it to embed a color profile, for consistency of viewing on the web (chrome in particular really, really wants one) for example, the standard sRGB IEC61966-2.1 Is there a way? -- PhilPhoto (via www.gimpusers.com/forums) _______________________________________________ gimp-user-list mailing list List address: [email protected] List membership: https://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/gimp-user-list List archives: https://mail.gnome.org/archives/gimp-user-list
