The site as it was, is not coming back. There is an archive of (most of) it. https://github.com/pixlsus/registry.gimp.org_static You can download the whole thing or browse through the files section. Remember this is all old stuff. At best made for Gimp 2.8, most older and no good for Gimp 2.10 without adjustments. No universal collection that I know of.
