Probably i'd select most of it, feather the selection slightly, float
it, move it upwards, then use a combination of patches and clone tool
with a large brush (or inpainting with the synthesizer plugin) to fill
in the gap. Pay attention to lightness and to shadows, and watch for
the tree in the front. Depends on teh exact effect you want.
