Hello to you Help us to help you with this question, Windows which one ? or Linux stable or rolling , software from repo or self compiled, need far more info than just some vague outline, someone has to either have had the experience of same problem or be able to reproduce in order to help you, relax and give details and the answers might be found if not here then go to the operating system's forum with also more details than first post, it's OK take a deep breath.
