Hi, Debian 11 with Gimp 2.10.22 here. When rectangle select is used, the rectangle can be adjusted by dragging with the mouse. When Select All is applied, the rectangle boundary is visible but can not be adjusted. Why is this? Can Select All produce an adjustable rectangle?
