It ends in .pl. > i am sorry to be the one to tell you -- the perl plug-ins do not work on windows with gimp. the developers tried to get it work a few years ago; it was one of the nicer exchanges between the developers even, however the verdict at the time was either impossible or not worth the huge effort.
