"Extns" haven't been in the Toolbox for years now afaict.

I just had a look at that script and it shows

(script-fu-menu-register "script-fu-pandora-combine"
                              _"<Image>/Filters/Combine")

========================================================

So did you look Image->Filters->Combine?
