gimptool ?

Hello,
I have Redhat release 6.0 on my system. I'm not able to find the
gimptool anywhere in the tree.
I also updated my system with the CD to include all developement
packages and  still couldn't find the
gimptool. I'm currently using gimp-1.0.1. I'm trying to install the
package gimpressionist. So,
can someone tell me where I can get gimptool and will I be okay  just
putting this in the tree?
Where can I find RPMS for gimp 1.0.4?
