Other image manipulation programs I've used let you see the x,y coordinates where the mouse is. When dragging to create a rectangle some will show the x,y and the relative x,y of the start and the current mouse position in the box being made. With gimp, I can only see the rulers which don't give me exact coordinates. Is there a way to add a status line to an editing window that will show the x,y coordinates? -- Robert B.
