You cannot install the backend (which includes the grouter) of GINI on Windows.
This is why you have to specify a Linux server to connect to in gBuilder.

We were working on the UDP project, and wanted to compile the changed files. We
are running it on Windows.
We tried scons install but are getting the following error:
