I started some (maybe duplicate?) work on this under GIRAPH-108 - if anyone has
feedback or suggestions let me know. I'll be happy to help on this in whatever
way seems appropriate. Presently I'm planning on porting Giraph to Mesos and
would be interested in participating in the YARN work where possible.
