    [POWERPC] bootwrapper: Use `unsigned long' for malloc sizes
    
    Use `unsigned long' for malloc sizes, to match common practice and types 
used
    by most callers and callees.
    Also use `unsigned long' for integers representing pointers in simple_alloc.
