    V4L/DVB (5680): Tuner-simple.c fix suport for SECAM with FI1216MF
    
    Allow to use SECAM-BG with the FI1216MF tuner.
    
    The selection is done with the secam=B module argument.
    
    The default behaviour should be the same as before.
