    RTC: Ratelimit "lost interrupts" message
    We gets lots of these when the kernel is running on a hypervisor.  Zach says
    "a guest kernel trying to get high frequency RTC will also be inaccurate, 
    inevitably will have unhidable interrupt lateness."
