slob: Kill off duplicate kzalloc() definition.
With the slab zeroing allocations cleanups Christoph stubbed in a generic
kzalloc(), which was missed on SLOB. Follow the SLAB/SLUB changes and
kill off the __kzalloc() wrapper that SLOB was using.
