    [libata] sata_mv: minor cleanups
    
    * trim trailing whitespace
    * document some flags, registers, and register bits
    * fix locking around EDMA on/off and configuration
    * continue replacing "constant OP var" with "var OP constant"
    * use new pci_try_set_mwi()
