    [NETFILTER]: Consolidate nf_sockopt and compat_nf_sockopt
    
    Both lookup the nf_sockopt_ops object to call the get/set callbacks
    from, but they perform it in a completely similar way.
    
    Introduce the helper for finding the ops.
