Since this time my problem was the failure of git-read-tree I decided
to put it in a new post ...
I had reached the conclusion to use git-read-tree instead of git-
submodule according to "6.7 Subtree Merging" section
in "Pro Git" book.
I'm so sorry if that was against the group rules ...
