There's no such thing at the moment: the msysgit project strives to
provide a native Windows port which is to be merged to the Git's
mainline, eventually, but it's not ready for this yet as several
problems still remain including missing bits of functionailty, problems

Git-X.Y.Z-previevNNNNNNNN.exe
The tarball/installer which has "msysgit" in its name is the Git for
Windows build environment which you only need if you intend to help with
the development.
