Hum.. I can certainly understand that this would be a useful feature. It 
would be kinda like a reverse authormap (git svn fetch -A).

Unfortunately, git-svn doesn't support this.

I can imagine how it could be implemented, using an array of 
prepared ~/.subversion/auth files for each author, and then getting dcommit 
to make use of these. To actually implement this, however, would be some 
hard-core perl hacking.

The principle behind git-svn dcommit remains that each author dcommits 
his/her own stuff.
