git push <remote> <branch>

For example:
git push origin testing
Where "origin" is the remote and "testing" is the branch.

And removing that branch would be
git branch -d testing
git push origin :testing

- -d means that the branch isn't removed if it's not fully merged to
current branch.
If -D is specified, the branch is removed without caring about is it
merged anywhere.
