by default unless you upgrade the version of whatever you are installing.
so this process, as good as it is, may not be good for me. I was hoping to
get a process much similar the what happens between jenkins and java jdk.
in anyway, I am starting to think of using Git as a shared resource on a
mounted drive rather than local install. you think that will work ?
