Are you sure there's no antivirus software working in the background?

I also managed to google [1] this bug report [2] -- do you have
TortoiseGit installed on your build box?

In either case, as it was already suggested by Thomas, this question is
Windows-specific so if you won't be able to find a solution try posting
to the msysgit mailing list [3].
