Mega, I'm aware of SmartGit that is a commercial offering. I believe there are one or two others. I think it's http://www.syntevo.com/smartgithg/purchase and it looks like they now blend their Git and Hg interfaces. I've not used it and only had a quick look a while back.
I'd expect there to be a few consultants as well.
