I'm getting core dumps from "git add" (git version 220.127.116.11). Are
there known problems of that sort, or should I try to make up a decent
bug report about it?
I had a quick look at the release notes
$> cat $(ls 1.8.[3-5]*.txt | sort) >TMP.txt
for 'git add' and didn't find anything there or in 1.9.0.txt.
So if you can determine the problem and how to replicate it, expecially
if you are able to confirm it on 1.9.0 I'm sure the dev's would be
