I had done a migration from svn to git until svn revision r (using git svn
clone etc.)

After that, I had some pure git commits on my git repo. In the meantime the
svn repo was also active and there are a bunch of commits on svn too
(revision x).

Now, my question is how to take these commits (r+1 till x) in the git repo?
