Sorry for being a bit rude but do you know how to use Google?
Simple googling for git+suse  turns up a page on rpmfind.net 
dedicated to builds of fresh versions of Git for various RPM-based
distros, including SUSE. The next link, , leads to a page which
looks like an official registry of packages available for SUSE ,
which has Git listed and available for SUSE 11; it links to RPM
packages built for Git 1.9.1. Is this enough for a start?
