It is showing TERM=xterm, and won't let me change the non-scrolling window size. I do not have installed Cygwin; only MinGW. Results: git diff" does not work (all results scroll off window) vi does not work.
Previously it was giving me an ordinary cmd-style terminal which at least worked.
