thank you or your reply I would like to use APIs from github, gitlab and atlassian to develop application .But i don't know who provide more APIs.
Eg..I am having Git enterprise server from third party (GITHUB/GITLAB/BITBUCKE) installed on Host A.TI am having access to GIT front end using git enterprise server And I have a tool BMC (ticket system) and in that new developer/user get new task to develop code.Hence new user must to be create manully in gitlab/github/bitbucket frontend. But i want it creates automatically when he get task.Would LDAP be a solution? Maybe i need to develop application using API,so don't know which third party provider offers more API . regards On Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at 7:42:50 PM UTC+1, Magnus Therning wrote: > > > Vivek Vivek <[email protected] <javascript:>> writes: > > > Hello ALL > > > > > > Thank you for your reply and time.I went through below apis but could > not > > decide which is better as i am new to GIT. > > > > > > https://github.com/gitlabhq/gitlabhq/tree/master/doc/api > > > > https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/api/README.html > > > > > https://developer.atlassian.com/bitbucket/server/docs/latest/reference/java-api.html > > > > > > > *Question:* > > I would like to create users automatically directly to git without > > creating manually. When a developer has given task(e.g bugfix) ,the user > > must be created automatically and can access repository. So I am trying > to > > find out the tools which give such functionally or develop own.Can i > use > > Jenkins for this? > > Why? > > This is such a strange request that I suspect I simply don't understand > you :( Maybe there's another VCS you've used in the past that offers > such a functionality, then maybe you can point to some documentation of > said functionality? > > Also, it's worth pointing out that this list is a list for users of git, > the APIs you've looked at are *not* git (or Git), they are APIs from > github, gitlab and atlassian! > > /M > > -- > Magnus Therning OpenPGP: 0x927912051716CE39 > email: [email protected] <javascript:> jabber: [email protected] > <javascript:> > twitter: magthe http://therning.org/magnus > > The ultimate goal of all computer science is the program.
