I'm hoping I understood this correctly in that one can use gitweb to
setup a page in which you can view, create repositories as a page;
similar to github ? If understood correctly, I don't know which flag to
use; git instaweb --local or --httpd ? As to get a page created then I
assume I can customize the page as with any other page ?
