To my knowledge, none of the Git developers read this list so at most you
might be able to collect the opinions from regular Git users.

If you actually wanted to ask - and/or convince - the Git devs to change the
defaults, please see [1].

Regarding my own opinion on these matters, I think it should be off by default
but the suggestion message Git displays on misspellings might include a clear
hint on how to turn autocorrection on.

By the way - what is an inner loop time?
