Set Scrutinizer to PHP 8.2.29 (they do not have .30) for psalm to install
Problem 1
- Root composer.json requires vimeo/psalm ^6.13 -> satisfiable by
vimeo/psalm[6.13.0, ..., 6.16.1].
- vimeo/psalm[6.13.0, ..., 6.13.1] require php ~8.1.31 || ~8.2.27 ||
~8.3.16 || ~8.4.3 -> your php version (8.2.0) does not satisfy that requirement.
- vimeo/psalm[6.14.0, ..., 6.16.1] require php ~8.1.31 || ~8.2.27 ||
~8.3.16 || ~8.4.3 || ~8.5.0 -> your php version (8.2.0) does not satisfy that
requirement.
