Patches welcome. :^)
Actually it shouldn't be hard. Just for through add-queue/rm-queue and
diff it with /dev/null.

This should be fixed with latest Junio's show-diff changes. I might
change it to be identical with gitdiff-do output later though, using
tree ID and "uncommitted" as the directories instead of 'a' and 'b'.
It will stay -p1 now, though.
