I noticed that near the top of the git(1) man page, there is a link to http://git-htmldocs.googlecode.com/git/git.html, which apparently has not been updated since August 2015 (https://code.google.com/archive/p/git-htmldocs/source/default/commits). Should this link just be removed, or replaced with http://git-scm.com/docs (which lists a subset of the pages) or perhaps http://git-scm.com/docs/git? I will be happy to write the patch.
