Same failure edge cases and constraints i commented above would still apply and need to be resolved though. Also personally any defaults e.g. route type, temporary should probably take from the parent queue, e.g. you wouldnt want an anycast message routing to a multicast dead letter address and vice versa by default not multicast as mentioned.
