@rposts no, unfortunately I don't think we are in a good state to do that on
every PR.
1. I do not think there are enough s390x's build servers to run builds on
every PR.
2. Test execution times are long.
The ActiveMQ unit tests need to be modernized and optimized. I estimate we
could cut test run times in half.
I kicked a s390x main branch test run just now:
