This is another part of `ZeroPrefetchConsumerTest` flaky. I replace remaining `Thread.sleep()` with deterministic `Wait.waitFor()` polling to handle asynchronous `ConsumerControl` processing, preventing flaky test failures due to timing races. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
