I'm leaning this is ok to merge without a major version. Since ActiveMQ ships a default value, what is changing is a very narrow scenario of a user that has an explicit hand-coded value of '0' would get a log WARN + the ActiveMQ default With this change, they get the OS default and no log WARN. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
