### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Bump Hive's protobuf version to 3.12.0 ### Why are the changes needed? Protobuf is currently on 2.5.0 which is missing aarch64 support. This is also required for upcoming gRPC support changes. To compile protos of version 3.0+ ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? No ### How was this patch tested?
