Pros:
- More accurate and detail infos feeding into end listeners.
- Make the handler clean and break the monitor, audit into pieces.
Cons:
- Ruin backwards compatibility of MetaStoreEndFunctionContext, not sure
how many users use it for tracking the handler's methods.
