### What changes were proposed in this pull request? When trying to figure out whether filesystems are equal, in case of ozone file systems, check if they belong to same volume bucket ### Why are the changes needed? LOAD fails if the table location and file are different ozone buckets. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? LOAD from different ozone bucket works now. ### How was this patch tested?
