Review Comment:
   Please use config `SERIALIZED_TABLE_PREFIX` as we may need to serialize 
multiple different iceberg tables in one job.

   We already have a config which is used to serialize iceberg table:
   `public static final String SERIALIZED_TABLE_PREFIX =
