This is a slightly different topic, but I'm putting it here since it is also slightly related. Also, my memory and comment here could be wrong. I am also aware that it takes time and consumes space to copy hive-exec.jar per app. So, I'm wondering if we can potentially develop an option to mark the resource as LocalResourceVisibility.PUBLIC.
