Abort Notification is not getting logged for the transactions that are being
aborted due to timeout. In the current implementation, these transactions which
are replicated will only get removed after 11 days or as configured value in
hive.repl.txn.timeout. If there happens to be a lot of aborted transactions,
they will get accumulated causing overhead for other queries that involve
querying TXNS table in the target cluster.
Proposed solution is to add ABORT event in TxnHandler.performTimeOuts() that
can help replicate the abort event and there by getting txn deleted in Target
environment
